2022 Santa Cruz Coda Miniconference Registration Form

Pre-Register!

Fill out this form and press the "Continue..." button to begin pre-registering for the SC CoDA Miniconference. Registration is free, however, a suggested donation of $10 would be greatly appreciated. Once you have completed this form, you'll be asked to confirm your choices on a separate page. Once your choices are confirmed, you'll be given a link to register your e-mail address for the virtual conference. Along with that link, you'll need your registration ID, which will be provided with the Zoom link.

Payment

We accept all major credit cards as well as Paypal. The payment information page is a secure page, and you will receive an e-mail receipt of your completed transaction as well as being able to print a copy of the completed web page if you decide to make a donation.

NOTE

If you get to the payment page, you will need to supply your credit card's 3 digit security code. This is a non-embossed number printed on your credit card. This number is often required by Internet merchants to help assure that you're actually holding the card in question.

Service Opportunity
